By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products & Orders
- Product Information: We offer silver and stainless steel jewelry. Product details, images, and descriptions are provided for each item. Please note, variations in color or finish may occur due to materials or photography.
- Order Process: Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You’ll receive email confirmation and shipping updates.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices: All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and ATH Móvil. Payment is due at the time of order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Areas: We ship using USPS to addresses in Puerto Rico and the United States.
- Shipping Times: Estimated delivery within Puerto Rico is 2–5 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery to US states may vary depending on location and USPS service times. Delays may occur due to demand, carrier issues, or events beyond our control.
- Out-of-Stock: If an item is unavailable, you will be notified and refunded.
5. Returns & Refunds
- All returns and refund requests must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Only available for items that are damaged or broken upon arrival. Proof of purchase (order number, your name and email) and photographic evidence of the damage are required.
- Other Returns: If approved, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Custom, personalized, engraved, or final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been worn.
- To start a return, email support@purereflectionspr.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the item. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- After inspection, we will notify you of your eligibility for a refund (for damaged or broken items) or store credit (for other approved returns).

6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All designs, images, text, and content on our site are owned by Pure Reflections, LLC or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. User Conduct
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse our site, submit false information, or engage in unlawful activity.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
8. Promotions & Discounts
- Promo Codes: Promotional offers are subject to terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- Giveaways: Store credit giveaways and other promotions are subject to eligibility and verification.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pure Reflections, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
