Return and Refund Policy

At Pure Reflections LLC, we want you to love your jewelry! If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how returns and refunds work:

1. Eligibility

  • All returns and refund requests must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds: Only available for items that are damaged or broken upon arrival. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and photographic evidence of the damage are required.
  • Other Returns: For reasons such as dislike or change of mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. If approved, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Items must be unused and unworn.
  • Custom, personalized, engraved, or final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been worn.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@purereflectionspr.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos of the item.
  2. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back using the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged, broken, or incorrectly shipped.

3. Resolution

  • If your return is approved for a damaged or broken item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • For other approved returns, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
  • We will notify you of the outcome after inspecting your returned item.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier (correo / USPS).

  • If a package is lost in transit and tracking does not show “Delivered,” Pure Reflections will file a claim with the carrier as the sender, when applicable. Filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement, as determinations are made by the carrier.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, Pure Reflections is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or not received after delivery. Customers are encouraged to check with household members, neighbors, or their local correo (USPS) office.

  • USPS considers packages marked as delivered as completed shipments and does not guarantee reimbursement in these cases.

Any claim, inquiry, or review submitted by Pure Reflections is handled at our discretion and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

All delivery-related issues must be reported within 14 days of the delivery or expected delivery date.
